Come learn about transition planning and the services available through NY State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), including supported employment services, day habilitation programs and more. We’ll discuss:
- What services are available after high school
- How you can successfully navigate the system
- Unique challenges and solutions
We will also have space for open discussion and networking for families, school staff, service provider agency representatives and others to discuss areas of interest and needs to better support youth in transition. All are welcome to join!
