Come explore, ask questions, and build meaningful connections with professionals who are here to guide and support your next steps.
This empowering event is designed to support students with IEPs or 504 Plans and their families with guidance and resources for college, career, or independent living as they prepare for life after high school.
- Opportunities to connect with colleges, career and vocational programs, service providers, employment agencies, community organizations, and OPWDD providers.
- Join workshops and 1-on-1 transition consultations.
- Resources to prepare for life after high school.
