HOME MODIFICATION SERVICES
The Doorways to Independence program at ADAPT Community Network assists persons with physical disabilities, the elderly and medically frail with their home modification and adaptive equipment needs. Learn about multiple funding sources and how you, your family member, neighbor and more could qualify.
FAMILY REIMBURSEMENT
