DESCRIPTION:ADAPT Community Network’s live virtual Family Connect 2026 Summit will be on Thursday\, November 5th from 10 am – 3 pm. \nRegister Here \nWorkshops: \n\nNY ABLE Account – 10:30 am –11:45 am\nBuilding Community Through Support Groups: The Patient Experience – 11:50 am – 1:05 pm\nMaking Meaningful Progress: Know Your Child’s Educational Rights and How to Use Them – 1:10 pm – 2:25 PM\n\nEach session will include time for questions\, but please be aware there may not be enough time for all questions to be answered. Registration is required. You may register for the presentations that interest you or register for all of them. Please take note that the registration page contains descriptions of the topics mentioned above. \nSpanish\, Mandarin and ASL translation will be available for all workshops. The workshops will be presented by noted experts in their individual fields.
