Encounters with the Law

What should you do if your relative with developmental disabilities gets in trouble with the law?  Come and hear Donald Lash, lawyer and Executive Director of Sinergia, explain what happens when people with developmental disabilities get caught up in the criminal justice system.  Learn what happens when your relative is accused of a crime or becomes a victim of a crime.  And find out what you can do to help!

Dificultades con la Ley

¿Qué haría usted si su pariente con discapacidades de desarrollo tiene problemas con la ley?  Venga y escuche a Donald Lash, abogado y Director Ejecutivo de Sinergia, el cual nos explicará qué pasa cuando personas con discapacidades se encuentran dentro del sistema criminal.  Aprenda qué pasa cuando su pariente es acusado o es víctima de un crimen.  ¡Sepa qué es lo que tiene que hacer para ayudarlo!
